The Indian River State College Dixon Hendry Campus provides a wide range of educational opportunities to the residents of Okeechobee County. Most of the area's college-bound high school seniors attend The River. In addition, hundreds of Okeechobee residents prepare for a Bachelor's Degree program at IRSC or university transfer, build skills for in-demand careers, benefit from customized business training, or take advantage of Adult Education/GED Preparation at the IRSC Dixon Hendry Campus.
